There is an easy way to make a screenshot on your Iphone. You need at least the firmware 2.0 version to make those screenshots. This is how you do it:
First go to your menu or screen of picture you want to make the screenshot from. Then press the Home-Button and while the button is pressed, push the on/off button. Now the screen will flicker and you hear a “click” sound.Now the screenshot is made. The Iphone made a .png of the image so you can upload it on the web or upload it to your pc. Very easy

Just go to the Settings menu, locate the General button and press on it. Then go to restrictions and you’re good to go. This is also nice if your Iphone has been stolen.
